Every module has been designed with knock-out central wall sections.
The apartment building is a three-dimensional matrix of modules that can be joined both vertically and horizontally to create different size homes and workspace by knocking out wall panels and floor panels and adding stairs where needed. You just decide how many modules you wish to rent and for how long.

Standardised processing and production in the factory strictly control the precision of product components and guarantee production efficiency and quality.
The off-site volumetric prefabricated factory built modules are constructed carefully in workshop conditions and all components fully tested before leaving our factory. The standardized module design, self-contained loading and unloading holes and convenient assembly method enable one unit to be put into use in 3.5 hours. It is also possible to move the prefabricated modules to other designated locations. It can be operated and arranged on the construction site with a simple forklift or mobile crane without any construction pollution.

Maximise Shared Space
The idea is to share space where possible. All circulation decks are generous and furnished with tables, sofas and chairs to allow informal shared communal meeting space.
The North slope of the atrium roof provides ventilation and daylight, and the south slope generates electricity.
The ZEDcabin modules have the same structural exoskeleton and ease of stacking and making connections — but the welded steel frame is an open box made from robust hot rolled steel sections.
ZEDcabin modules have a life expectancy identical to any mortgageable building and should last in excess of 60 to 75 years.
